Latest Camp Live Oak Finds...

Spent the Easter Weekend at Camp Live Oak and made some good finds. Sat was freezing cold, rainy, & super muddy, but definitely worth our effort. What do y'all think?

Nice finds. Were they 2 day finds or 1 day? Do you feel it was worth the dig fee? That long one looks clovis, is it?

These finds were over 2 days. I feel the dig fee is definetely worth it based on what I have found. Butch and his wife Joyce are really good people and I've been to Camp Live Oak multiple times. I don't think the one point is Clovis b/c it doesn't have the groove.

Since live oak is mentioned again, I draged up this piece of history. That "long point" in question sure looks a lot like a heartbroken ANGUSTURA

How I wish that Angostura would have been complete, haven't found another since. I think I'll post my "best of Camp Live Oak finds" since were on the subject...

Well, If it makes you feel any better, I've found 5 angosturas and all 5 of them are broken. You found some nice stuff. Thanks for the picture.
