I was an outfitter for big game down in Mexico during the early 80. I leased several ranches along the Salt river about 40 miles south of Laredo.I found during this time hundreds of arrowheads and I don,t know if it was legal or not and am trying to find someone who knows what I should do with these. They were all found laying on the surface and I have many pictures of them before I even picked them up. Could someone e-mail me with some advise. Thank you
