HUNDREDS OF POINTS, POTTERY AND MORE FOUND IN MISSOURI.

i WENT TO THE ARTIFACT SHOW IN sT. LOUIS THIS PAST WEEKEND. while it "LOOKS" like OUR shows, its really from a completely different part of the world. I dont think I saw one single "root beer" flint point in the whole place. Lots of pastels light cream to yellow & red. A lot of gray too. The pottery,orniments and related "stuff" was terrific, not to mention worked copper up to 4000 yrs BCE. Good show but a thousand mile trip is a bit much, I'll give them a few years to dig up more "stuff". With all that fragile pottery in the ground, I doubt if they swing the Texas sewer trencher pick very much !
