Base Tang or a Bell or a Bell Base Tang??

Base Tang, Bell, or calf creek. I's for sure one of these 3. I'm more inclined to think bell or calf creek because the notches seem a little to deep and pronounced for a marshall base tang. Just my opinion.

First guess, resharpened Bell; second would be Calf Creek (sholders turn in like Calf Creek; notches too deep for Base Tang; nearly all Marsals have convex tangs.

Case....IF your in an extended dry spell, at this point in time you only have EELEVEN DAYS left....The law of flintability say that what you find on the first dig of the new year is how the whole rest of the year will go.

Try burning joss sticks. Hang Tibetan prayer flags around your house [ instead of those useless lights ] Put a Budda on your mantal, the bigger the better. A sliver of wood from the true cross might help. And lastly, a usually effective help is to hang a dead VOODOO chicken in a closet.

Hello Hal, I have tried everything to appease the arrowhead gods. From offering tobacco to leaving other types of smoking material all to no avail. I think what I will do is hide in the bushes and wait for you and that purty eyed Michelle to go digging and follow yall like a little lost puppy.

It doesn't appear punch notched, so I don't think it's Calf Creek. I'm a stickler though and I think that 75%+ of the items alot of folks call "Bell" in texas aren't part of the Calf Creek Complex either, lol. Looks like a Marshall Base Tang to me, and a dang killer one at that. Nice find!
