These were found by an inlaw in Drippng Springs on ranchland. Lots of rocky hillsides and scrub covered canyons. All were found on the surface over the past two decades. Most measure about 2 to 2 1/2 inches. The "core" measures about 5 inches. Would like help identifying type and possible culture.
