This may not be clovis but it is fluted. Fluted are old artifacts from the clovis or folsom era although Folsom were generally fluted from base to tip.
It is close to a clovis. The clovis had a curve base which yours may be. The base in the picture is blurry.

mark check out the post i put up listed as "points" you will see the same point its the first one , the color is off becuase i scanned those points in , Whats odd its crude and looks almost like a pre form , but its fluted . all the nappers Ive seen on utube always finish the point and the flute is the last thing they do.
