Found most of this stuff over the weekend. Not sure if three things are bone,teeth or antler. The most out of place item is the base made out of obsidian.I keep finding bits and bits. This is the first object that has been worked coming out of my little camp site. The manos Some I found earlier this year just never brought them home to post. The white Quartz mano I dug this weekend

Nice finds but I'm thinking the quanity of mano's found is out of proportion to
complete points ! Manos mean food production and after a hard day at the
office the "guys" would congregate in the kitchen area.

We once dug into a "kitchen area" with numerous Mano
and matattes' AND the most amazing long barbed pristine Marshall points

I always figured the guys were whittling [ knapping ] while they
were talking to the gals to impress them with
their skills OR as a "gift" [ that they would have no use for and thus leave it near the matatte ]

The Manos Just keep appearing the pile has grown.
I wonder why are there so many. I have ventured South and East maybe a hundred yards the first test hole gave up three manos and alot of flint along with some broken points. I may end up having enough to make a fireplace in the house out there.

The best mano i have ever found was on your place Leonard. Top quality.

Hal your reply is true alot of mano not point Could it be the long gone inhabitants were vegan,poor hunters. or they lived on the other side of the creek and just thru there old manos across the creek and My friends and I are just digging on thr wrong side of the creek. I have found alot of flint due west of the creek about 75 yards.

I see a shrink regulary. And take several anti depresants. I dont think I need more than that Life is good and I do not live in a dry county.
