Michelle, here's a couple while you're waiting.

Spent a couple hours at it last Monday. The stemmed knife would been something special. There are giant Nolans in this camp, just broke Nolans for me this day. The Comanche Perd would have been 4"+.

I got a bunch of in-situ, but no time to upload to Photobucket.

NO! Those kind of days at Chrisner's are long gone.

They were from this midden, all came from this small section. I dug back about 2'. Location unknown, I blindfold myself so that I can't find my way back until the next time.

Looks like a real positive for the Glad food containers people. . .
" Keeps your points clean and dustfree " for the trip home Thats a good "insitu pic"
The Au Natural then the washed is neat.

Your fill in while the G-man is doing HIS two hour dig is well appreciated.......
The mind boggles what the postings might look like
if you two accidentally spent a WHOLE day digging

The ISP's might blow a fuse

Re: Michelle, here's a couple while you're waiting.

Roy, that's nearly a foot deeper than the previous diggers had dug. I found three Nolans by raking back their throw and digging straight down. I left it a bit messy to discourage them from digging this particular spot. The bottom is a concrete caliche, but still some flint in it.
