North property line was going to be a new 10 lane E - W cross town expressway. Right across the "new road, they had built a school complex to rival UT. "They" made Floyd put up a non see through fence 8 feet high so the children would not be offended by the barn, horses in the corral and junk cars !

That part of Austin [ Cedar Park actually ] desperatly needs another shopping complex.
