milam county arrowhead

I am new to this site. I do not go out and hunt for arrowheads or artifacts currently. Have always had an interest and stumbled across yalls website and find it very enlightning. Would like some help with info on the arrowhead above. It was found in milam county in Hanover Texas while hog hunting. I was just wondering if this was a good area for arrowhead hunting.

Re: milam county arrowhead

Just about anywhere with good water in Texas is a good spot too look for arrowheads. Especially springs, look for them and you are on the right track.

another attemt here.

Re: milam county arrowhead

Keep attempting KS, were all curious. Find one worked piece. . . there will be more. Milam's a good artifact county. MAYBE it will rain again in central Texas someday. Good time to surface hunt, check the small drainages & low spots.
