That material looks like Chancelery [ that may be spelled wrong.] Just a translucent milky / sheeny material. That same material from an area like Arizona and
Neveda, they stick lumps on those sample mineral cards that "glow" in the dark under a UV light. which ties into another posting somebody just made about " why the glow?"

A glow in the dark [ stealth ] missle point would be neatO.

All good finds but a complete Andise is a treasure. Just immagine seeing that first flash of a worked piece on the screen table. . . . . THEN a micro second later realising what a find it is !
