point identification

Im new to this site and new to finding points. The first point was found in williamson county, and the other two were found in dimmit county. Any help on the identification of these would be greatly appreciated.

Re: point identification

The first two are Pedernales Culture, the third piece would be tough to classify.

Re: point identification

I'd say the 1st is Langtry related, the 2nd is a used up something, & the 3rd is a Catan, as Dimmit co. is in S. Tx I believe.

Re: point identification

The second point was a buck-toothed montell.

Re: point identification

The first one is a Pedernales, the second one is a broke Montell and I'm not quite sure about the third...maybe an abasolo?

Re: point identification

The 3rd one is much to small to be an Alabaso & it's not a birdpoint either.
