I do have 1 copy of the book... It IS signed by Dan on 2-20-1995.

I purchased it from Dan’s Daughter a few years back. She had them in storage. They are un-circulated. Were New, other than Dan opening the first page to sign and date it.

Its in VERY good shape.. It was Un-Fingered through when I got it, And I only
Flipped through it once.

Its still in the box Dan's daughter shipped it to me in from 2009.

I would let it go for $250 . I am in Austin.
