Time Team America, tonight

On KERA-13 (PBS) there is a special on America's earliest inhabitants. 7pm. The ad has a person uncovering a clovis point.

Re: Time Team America, tonight

Excellent show, thats amazing how large the site is without being in some sort of cave or rock shelter.

Added bonus was eyeing Chelsea's tattoos. . .
Not to mention her Zulu ear lobes!

Re: Time Team America, tonight

I wish they would have found a little more points.Digging that slow and tedious takes alot of patience.

Re: Time Team America, tonight

For us folks that dig fast and furious it makes it hard to imagine digging so slow. It's even crazier to think of handing over your finds to the state. no way jose.
But that's some realy interesting stuff. It seems to me that more and more evidence is being made that the first inhabitants came from england, france. And the mongloian people came a little later across the beiring area. I was under the impression that when the mongolian people came across the were on a narrow strip of ice. But tonight they said the narrowest point was 1,400 miles i think. of course history will change and new theories will emerge.

Re: Time Team America, tonight

Travis,
Thanks for the heads up on the show. It was pretty good, although i say, get them out of the way, and let's find some Clovis!!! Way too slow. With only theories, I am not convinced that the time spent is worth the knowledge gained. I wish they would have shown the artifacts that came out of the upper layers.
