Hey guys I just came across a helpful way to stay cool, sorry if yall already know this. But one of the best ways to stay cool when you are digging is to wet your wrists palms and neck with cool water, because soo much blood flows through these places without a big skin fat or bone layer. So essentially it cools your blood which lowers your temp, hope it helps, happy digging
