Not to worry Drew, Richard will have enough space for all. Based on last years experience, there will not be a narrow trench but rather a wall with only one direction to dig and the throw dirt continually thrown behind [ no Bobcat cleaning needed.]
The wall will be deeper than the trench and is really a blessing. . .
The kids and old people will just be scratching the top for bird points.
The hot shots can be happy with their standard tremendous undercutting in the middle.

Something like OFF might make you feel protected but I like the flying insect yard fogger to be sure.
Change of clothes for the trip home. Wet shoes of some kind for surfacers planing to get

Kids will get something. Same rules as the grown ups drawing. First draw gets first choice and on & on.
Folding seats are a good idea if you gottum. No need for dining tables, there are enough dogs running around to rest a plate on ones back !
Vendors and displayers need to bring their own tables.
From the time you come through the gate, keep looking down, it's all indian country.
Last year Badger found a small Ensor point not far from the portapotties in the BBQ area.
There will be one [ possibly two ] designated freshly scraped areas made just for the event.
The entire property is open for digging and exploring,
I would encourage first timers to try to see the entire area, even just by road. . .ESPECIALLY the "paleo" area to see the lengths people will go to
find artifacts.
Full charged camera batteries or enough film [ does anybody still use film ? ]
TP [ toilet paper ] just to wrap up any needle tipped point !
