this pic should give you a good idea of the time period the camp were digging was used. found a frio, nolan and edwards up top, a montell in the middle, and an angostura in the tan when i was deepening my trench.the angostura might have never been used or finished the indention at the base is from an attempt to remove cortex, that didnt work. (see below)

heres what dad found, the one on the right is a san gabriel biface, and the one on the left is a little bit of a mystery. it has great paralell flaking, and looked very old to me, (the site may date back to paleo as i found a plainview there last year). it looks suspi ciously like a firstview, but ive never heard of any of those coming out of the hill country, if you know what it may be id be glad to hear. p.s. they are both paper thin finished out points.

Re: points from wednesday

Excellent [ for a Wednesday ], sure glad you got the hang of that pic posting, we would have
missed a lot.

You have made one minor slip up in your history presentation pic. . . . It's not complete !
You might have put that 21st century coin with the black christmas tree inked on it, in the grouping.

Re: points from wednesday

The one on the left look's like a Hare Biface, which is the most recent biface they made.
