Ach, your bottom pic is near & dear to my heart...All brokes have had their day and are still artifacts.
Displayed on BLACK was my choice too.
If you have not seen Badgers: go back to the front page, left side " PROJECTS AND IDEAS " last pics at the bottom has some similarity to yours only I "jumbled them up" and had them closer ( but not touching ) on the
black.
Badger liked it so much she hung the display in her garage ( only because there was no wall space available in the lawn mower shed in the yard ! )
