Not sure what the rock on right is... looks like a sharpener shaped like a flat WET stone.

Life isnt fair, it just seems like the reward for hard hot digging should be better than just discarded used materials.... Still, the professional archaeologists call even flakes as "artifacts"
On the whet stone, if there is no small evidence of "work" I would think its just a good clip off the end of a nodule of large flint ( that went on to become a 4 inch Montell )
