Hey o' boy, I was up your way last month and saw this. Told the wife this must be where Idahoe lives.
Had a great time up there, you live in a beautiful state.
Hey Buddy. Nice to see that spud again. I dug it back in 46. It was a small tater when I first dug it. Unlike my 401K, that investment keeps on growing. Thanks for sharing Al. I am heading to Austin in October for a week to screen. Will you join me?
Impressed that this meal for a family of 80 is not in front of a restaurant. It's a MUSEUM .... for a potato What could they have on display ????
How to truck it home from the grocery store ? Where to find enough tin foil for wrapping if using that recipe ?
Butter or sour cream ? How to store leftovers to keeping it from turning gold.?
The mind boggles
Idahoe
That depends on where you will be screening. Don't know who is still in the screening bussness. Right now I hear Nacho is only screening two days a week. I don't want to have to spend three weeks there just to get a week of screening in. And what about Deer season? Will that shut the screening down? But hell yes I'd love to join you on a screen. I'm going there soon to get my flint fix. After all its been five weeks of running around potato country without any flint and I'm starting to get the shakes.
