i found this the other day at the burnt rock site, we put coffee in the middle to show the indention, told hubby the medicine man might have used this to grind the seeds and leaves down, lol. Any ideas appreciated. Someone called it a mortar? think there is another word for it though. I found a finger like stone next to it, but will have to go back and get it, I threw it to the side but think it goes with it now.
