not a good pic, yall let me know? found about 3ft deep rootbeer color flint 1 3/4 long 7/8 wide???

My opinion would be it made of rootbeer flint and old as paleo it would have heavily patina iv found resharpened Perds where they have no shoulders and I swear it's a Clovis but missing all the tell tell Clovis signs. But I could be wrong

your prob. right, i just haven't found a point in this shape as it is almost 2in long and straight. digging in sugar sand not aware if that effects a points amount of patina?

It has the basic plainview shape, but it's har to tell from the pic. Does it have grinding on the base? And how does the flaking look? And as far as I know patina comes from flint in the sun, so i would think it has more to do with sun exposure than age. Good stuff! Keep diggin!
