Thats a good hunting river, finds occasionally reported. The every five year hundred year flood
must be kinda hard on "older" points in the channel...In floods that water blasts and scoures through....
Points shaped like marbles are interesting too

Not-ta as of today,....little flint above the river not much. Haven't had alot of spare time yet.

Have not had alot of time for looking since my last post, have only found a few small brokes and pieces. All the things ive found are right where we are building these houses,...GAINT OAK.....in the same area. Haven't got a chance to walk much of the river hope to soon.Got another spot im going to try out later this week on a high school friends place in Burnet area will post pics if any good comes of it.Land owner said the tree is over 200years old
