Ok a nutterstone and maybe a sketched rock?

The nutter im certain you can clearly see peckig, the rock im not sure click pic to enlerge

Definitly scribed lines. But going by the pic, more likely a "fire starter stone " Thats the term I've seen used for the stone held in the hand to steady and keep pressure on a wood shaft while it is rotated to start a fire.
