looks like a rhyolite or maybe some type of breccia. it is very hard to tell from the pic but those metallic surfaces may actually be fault planes in which metals may have precipitated in. google slicken sides- or slicken lines. need better photos. what county are you in?

I'm in West Texas, Gaines county this is not indiginous to this area i know but was not certain what it was, thats for your information
