McCulloch County

Anyone ever hunt for heads out near Brady? i just got permission to explore a 10k acre ranch. the owners are interested in a possible pay dig. its a bit out of my normal area but i hope i can get something done. any info about that area or pics would be greatly appreciated.

If that 'K' means THOUSANDS....It's absolutly inconceivable that there was not camp(s) of some
size in 10K years of history on a property of that size in TX.

Brady lies exactly mid way between two very proven Indian pop u lation sites..Bev's to the SW in Junction, Cal B's really great producing site to the NE near Brownwood.

FOSSILS could be very special..
San Saba to the E has outcrops of 300+ M (Million)Yr old Pennsylvanian.
Around L Ivie to the NW has very impressive belemnitella, (squid) 100M formations.
