A Texas home garden plot with new "plants" about 3 inches tall.
Some watering and shade from 100* + temps would have insured a better crop.
Other crops have gone with the wind too.
Flint is best of finds from 8/15
Thats what the home gardener, ranchers & farmers in select areas of Centex are thinking. Not even one
of those limited area 1/2 inch downpours has dumped on some places ...Large stands of trees that must not have deep roots near groundwater are losing their leaves..
Great digging..the soil just powderfies
