Ohio Finds... and info. Request...

Hello Arrowhead Fans, can some one be good enough to provide any information on these points that were collected in Ohio, many years ago. My freinds Father, who has passed away, gave them to her. I said I would try to get some info. Internet searching has kinda fallin short for me, thanks for any responses. Ken

Re: Ohio Finds... and info. Request...

Looks like nobody is from Ohio

The only lancelote type point I can find with a squarish base is an AGATE BASIN...and it's a beauty ..

No idea about the other 2. There are "flint shows" occasionaly in Ohio, they could be ID ( and priced ) there.

Re: Ohio Finds... and info. Request...

Hey SH, thanks for your input. But the Spear point is actually broken at base, that why you had a "challenge" in any IDing. I brought them up to Greune to Stones and Bones, John (good guy) gave us a little further insight, the Flint is from Ohia, and no recent napping ..they all are 5000 plus years old.

Did meet "San Antonio Digger", there, glad to meet another arrowhead fan! Peace, Ken
