Incised stone found at Chrisner's yesterday.

We had a good day at the ranch yesterday and found a few good finds. My sister found this walking one of the creeks. It's got a grove on both sides and looks like it was heat treated. I think it's a shaft straightener. Any thoughts ?

It could be a Boat stone or Atlatl weight.

Looks like a good day for all.
That stone is unique, maybe used like a sandpaper block for smooth finishing arrow shafts ?
