We have had two rains of 3 1/2 in. in a week or so, before those rains, a foot of water would seep into the pits overnite!

Very interesting insitus ( both of the CF AND the water )...
The water pic puts me right in mind of the old Randy site near Comfort TX, He had to shut down operations due to flooded pits after a deluge.
