Need Help identifying possible campsite

The area I'm finding tons of flintwork is 1,200 acres, most of the rough tools are in the high areas, what should I look for to narrow down possible campsites? The ranch is rocky and hilly, partial timber and lower areas somewhat flat and less rocky, several deep creeks traverse the property where I have found some fossil clams and stuff.

Re: Need Help identifying possible campsite

There's years worth of good information from many different people in many different localities to be found using the SEARCH block above.
Try different key words like "WHERE TO LOOK"
I tried "MIDDENS" and was pleased to refresh my memory of a feature submitted by Bill Arnold under "ON BURNED ROCK "

Mr C,
if you need a scout to help finding the camp, let me know. i live jusr a few miles away and i have done some scouting in the area. Please ensure proper permission has been given, written if possible.
