Notice how it also has a small notch in the bottom and at the top
Lots & lots of Montells found at that Briggs site. Good to see some finds from there again.
The small singled notched base my be a one of a kind
that the creator made just for a unique hafting project..( base tang category ? )
'damage' on the pointy end just consistant with normal use ( like from removing rusted in screws )
