All Arrowhead Hunters should read! I hope this is OK to post Michelle.

An out of state friend told me about this story. After 4 day search Arrowhead hunter found dead. We always need to let people know just where we are going or take someone with us! Keep his family and friends in your prayers!

They said he knew and had hunted that area before, the heat got to him from what I'd read. Became dehydrated and dis-orientated. A real shame to loose a fellow hunter.

Heard he was missing, so sorry for his family, will keep them in our prayers. God Bless

His body was found today, terrible news. Guys and gal please drink more water than you know what to do with. I read comanche moon recently and it said the indians would drink water till they puked then have some more.

Last summer there was a reported arrowH hunter died in the heat in remote south TX. That report said he had
2 bottles of soda with him ( for the entire day ) and he apparently left them under some brush rather than carry them.
No taking away from this latest tragedy as a warning for solo back country trekers to be triply aware and cautious...
BUT, I'd like to see a followup story on this latest one. The report says he was found in a low water river..He'd sure get sick later after drinking untreated water but not dead by dehydration... Snake bite ? Medical problem ? Foul play ?

Tks for the report Cal
