Creeks are dry and we were a long way from the ranch house water bucket so instead of dry biscuits I gave
Spyder a cooling drink.

Glycol has that sweet taste that animals love.
I always thought that Hal liked Spyder, now I'm having second thoughts.

It was so hot he would have drunk anything liquid...If he turns red we'll know that he's okay for this winter.
