i have those a dime a dozen at my place!.... majority of what we find are those....and nodes....i think they call them.

Probably not a tool at all, just a sprawl that they knocked a flake off of to make a point or tool. Not all flint nodules were condusive for tool making. I don't even pick those chunks up.

Everyone has there piles in the garden . I personally have all kinds of them in the front of my house

I would rather have a pile of G'10's in my roses, but it has to be flint chunks!

Great piece. We dont hear much about Long's but understand it's a beautiful area. We have heard that it's been dug for the last 100 years, there's boud to be sections that are like the Gault site....the good stuff is still deep.
