Now that Fulton Hollow has been cleared and proven productive, there is still a lot of soil to go through. Screen digging is a logical follow through.

Intention is max 2 per table, advance reservations are important to maintain this, "walkins" might be disapointed. Naturally family or good buddies can
be elbow to elbow at one table if desired
