Added a few mailbox birds to my frame. Most are from Oregon but there are a few Washington points. The one in the middle is interesting, the base is heavily ground. I think it was a salvaged paleo of some sort.
Updated the frame today. Got a few beads in the mail as well as some nice points. The long one on the bottom and the other shorter guys close by are rolled copper.
beautifulcollection, the obsidion is really distictive. I keep thinking I have seen the smallest bird point ever then ANOTHER contestant shows up...
that sliver of glass on a dime is a winner.
Just occured to me, what about a collection of nothing but the smallest points money can buy ( must be mailbox finds )...
Could be a $ surprise...A few yrs ago someone posted his collection of the smallest Paleo he could find..it was beautiful...so I checked some current prices....WOW... ...NOT CHEEEP !
