Bottom line, get out there and pay your $

Access to any private property must be worth something just to see another piece of a remote area.

Expectations:
Admittedly other surface hunters have found good finds and there is always the possibility that the last rain uncovered something new. Rule #11 states " it only takes ONE good find to make your day "

As for "digging"....leave your tools in the car and carry extra water. !
There should have been a lot of really knowledgeable people that have checked the property out before the owner went public....IF there was even a hint of a camp it would have been advertised as " COME DIG A MIDDEN CAMP $75. A DAY "

But I can surface hunt anywhere for free mostly. Especially if you believe in rule #11(which I believe in) but I believe I'll wait for some1 else for a 50$ report...
