R.Y : celts don't have grooves. what you have are grooved axes.
the top one is made of hematite (iron oxide) not sure but the bottom
on looks like it too is hematite.

Those are beautiful examples. There is so much craftsmanship in any hardstone object, they must have been ranked with the family Jewels !
