12/20 PRE CHRISTMAS CHRISNER CRUISE

Camp 13
Excavations at the old Digfest hole have slowed down...Lots of new dirt in the original zone where Shane was working..

Shane's find

Lots of new dirt at big hole too

I picked a shallow looking pre dug area and went straight down

That foot pick is 3 feet long....sometimes there's a reward at the bottom

A gray flint lens insitu..
Thats not a WW1 battlefield in the back round..its Fulton Hollow below top camp.
A look after a crashing rain storm should be very interesting.

I came across some tree decorations just laying on the ground...seemed a good place for a show.

With no leaves on the trees that cut next to top camp is very scenic...

No pics. . . He wheedled a few biscuits out of me at sign in then spent the rest of the day with shane !

Re: 12/20 PRE CHRISTMAS CHRISNER CRUISE

Good old bodock apples or also called osage oranges, hadn't seen them in a while. Got some more cold weather to send you guys. I tried to keep it up here and not share but the Xmas spirit just got to me. That does look like a WW2 battlefield.
