Hey ken! Yes and yes . A few people know about the place and market it for guests. We hot a massive ice storm 2 weeks ago and still have ice on the ground. Shut down north texas for about 4-5 days

I don't know what the weather forecasters down your way are saying of what kind of winter you're suppose to have, up here they predicted a mild winter. I think they're wrong!!! So far, from the locals, it got colder and sooner then normal. Hope it's a short winter.

What I find interesting to muse on is that overall shot of the location....Look at the highth of the eroded "wall" next to the creek.. ! THAT is how much sediment has accumulated since the tracks were made...
