Help with ID please

I found this in Walnut Creek this weekend. Mano, abrading stone, mano used as an adrading stone or just a rock? What do you guys think? Thanks for your time!

Speaking only of what I know for certain.....It is NOT a mano

There is no prominent evidence of being altered by man so that probably pegs it just as a natural form.
