Just to let everyone know, here at Austin Diggers, like I did when we first opened the pay dig a few years back.

I have resumed the duties as FRL dig manager. A lot of clean up has been completed to make the site digger friendly.

The lodging requirement has been relaxed. No need to rent vacation lodging, just to dig.

There are still a lot of artifacts to be found. During clean up, I found a beautiful Sabinal-Marcos.

Michelle, Sam's Dig is OPEN.

We really had some great finds yesterday. 6"Perd, 6"blade, another 6" blade.

5"needle tip knife/blade, and a lot more.


all found by the same digger and SHE left at 2:30 !!! Talk about a hot spot.

Once again, I'll try to get the pics on here.

Now all we need to hear is that it was the young ladies' first dig and she now believes that's the "normal" finds every dig !
