Re: STARR LAKE SPARKLES

That water sure looks nice....and is that piece with the perd base kinda chunky, looks like it in the first pic but not the second.
If so what do you think the reason for hafting is? maybe used as a type of club or hammer stone?

Re: STARR LAKE SPARKLES

Spring is a Springing and none to soon!

Is that piece, a Perd in it's very earliest stage of existance?

Good shot of the lake!

Re: STARR LAKE SPARKLES

ACH. . . SPOILSPORTS !

I was hoping that the glare from the lake would dazzle viewers and they wouldn't notice..
Even washed, the "good" side has no finishing marks at all except right around the base.

The B side ( B for BAD ) is very chunky..again zero trim signs except around the base.

It presently resides in the bucket reserved for practice pieces only.

Sandy, spring has not quite sprung..
It was an 80* day and my big plan was to go out on the dam and take a pic of the flint & lake from low down with a flower ( ANY flower ) in the picture and I already picked out a topic to post..." DAM FLOWERS "

Well I couldn't find one single flower of any type. !

Mother nature might be unhappy with 80* days and 30* nights
