Your avatar should be OK, Fiona. it's from a photoshoot done by a professional photographer for a magazine. It's the paparazzi photos that are invasions of RDJ and his family's privacy that aren't allowed.

I usually get my avatar photos from various Tumblr blogs that are devoted to RDJ. Just look around on Tumblr.
