why he does't want to have fun in russia?

Why Mr. Downey doesn't want to have fun in russia? it was on news today that mr downey refused to have dinner and go to bar to have drinks with cast after premiere they said he went back to his hotell room. does he drink alcohol? we have great russian vodka every visitor should try.
