Based on definitions of the disorder, I guess I'd have to say that Dan Dark suffers from schizophrenia. He's delusional due to childhood trauma, and that manifests through his skin disease and in his dreams where he's a character in his own stories. He hallucinates and he's paranoid, and he's socially dysfunctional. Just my lay opinion, though. I'm no psychologist.
