(NASHVILLE, TN) Former Road Manager Garth Shaw (Kenny Rogers, Sawyer Brown, Starland Vocal Band) will host a new writer's evening at Caffeine Coffee Bar & Cafe every Tuesday starting in January from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. On January 6, 2004 Shaw will kick off with Daisy Dern, Dave Gibson, Clinton Gregory, Mack Vickery (Jamestown Ferry, The Fireman) and Jon Michaels in the intimate, nonsmoking environment. Shaw, who has also worked as a publisher and songplugger, plans an entertaining and fun evening filled with quality songs from newcomers and household names. Upcoming dates include Mark Sherrill (Ol' Red), Jesse Goldberg, Kacey Jones, Reckless Johnny Wales, James Nihan, Hunter Moore, Mark Elliott and Larry Henley (Wind Beneath My Wings) to name a few.
