Hospitality at Wembley Arena Pavilion

Arena Events has been appointed sole preferred official hospitality agent for the Wembley Arena Pavilion due for completion in February 2005. The Company will be offering VIP packages for concerts in a specifically designed hospitality area.

Arena Events has designed a state of the art hospitality facility adjacent to the Pavilion to create a unique environment for music fans during the venue’s 10 month event programme. The specially created packages will give fans a truly exclusive night out and where possible gain closer access to bands. A number of shows are already confirmed including the ‘Once in a Lifetime’ concert scheduled for 25 June, which features the Osmonds, The Bay City Rollers, David Essex and David Cassidy.

Other Arena Group companies have been appointed to provide key elements of the prestigious Wembley Arena Pavilion; Arena Structures will erect their TFS structure that will create the concert venue, while Arena Seating will provide the seating for 10,000 fans.

Arena Event’s Sales and Marketing Director, Angela Winter explained; “The Wembley Arena Pavilion is an exciting new venue for 2005 which will attract a host of major international artists. We are keen to offer imaginative cost effective packages for corporate clients and fans alike. In addition to offering concert hospitality we will be aiming to maximize the full potential of the facility providing full event management services for clients bringing their events to the venue working with Wembley and other divisions of the Arena Group.”
