Forget it, girls, teen heartthrob JESSE MCCARTNEY is taken. How do we know? Because the ''Summerland" star, who's on the bill for tomorrow's KISS 108 concert at the Tweeter Center, is supposed to take KATIE CASSIDY to her high school prom in LA tonight. But word is he's ill and may not make it to the concert or prom. (Katie's dad is DAVID CASSIDY, a.k.a. teen idol Keith Partridge.) Headlining the concert are WILL SMITH, GWEN STEFANI, and ROB THOMAS.
